Shared values, beliefs, and behaviors aren’t always easy to define. But they are easy to feel. It’s more than the backgrounds, the personalities, or even the cutthroat trivia games. It’s an environment that encourages each of us to bring 100% of ourselves to the job.

At MKR, we put our people first. You can see it in our policies, the benefits we offer, and the culture we’ve cultivated.

We’re proud to have made the Best Places to Work in Indiana list, but even more proud to be a place our Makers enjoy working at each day.

What is your favorite ad campaign?

The NBA released a block of Christmas commercials in the early 2010s promoting their Christmas Day games as well as the Christmas Jersey's. As an impressionable teen, it was incredible to see the league's biggest stars working together to recreate popular Christmas jingles. The commercials are unique because the jingles were created through noises that you would hear in an actual basketball game; i.e shoes squeaking, the ball going through the net, and the ball bouncing off the hardwood. Through these commercials, I realized my passion was creating these creative campaigns to spotlight incredible brands.
